  1. INTRODUCTION

  • Jet ski rental services
  • Airport transfers
  • Excursions and tours
  • Other tourism and transportation services

Specific services may be subject to additional conditions communicated at the time of booking.

  1. BOOKINGS

All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.

A booking is considered confirmed only after we have provided confirmation through email, WhatsApp, or another agreed communication channel.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel bookings where:

  • Required information is incomplete or inaccurate;
  • Fraud is suspected;
  • Safety requirements are not met;
  • Circumstances beyond our reasonable control prevent service delivery.
  1. CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITIES

Customers agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information;
  • Follow all safety instructions provided by our staff;
  • Comply with applicable laws and regulations;
  • Use rented vehicles and equipment responsibly;
  • Return rented vehicles and equipment in the agreed condition, subject to normal wear and tear.

Customers are responsible for any fines, penalties, damages, or losses resulting from their actions during the rental period.

  1. DRIVER AND RIDER REQUIREMENTS

For vehicle rentals, customers may be required to provide:

  • A valid driving licence;
  • A passport, national ID, or other identification document;
  • Any additional documentation required by local law or insurance providers.

We reserve the right to refuse rental if a customer does not meet the necessary legal or safety requirements.

  1. JET SKI AND WATER SPORTS ACTIVITIES

Participation in jet ski and other water-based activities involves inherent risks.

Customers acknowledge that:

  • Weather and sea conditions can change rapidly;
  • Physical injury, equipment damage, or other incidents may occur;
  • They participate voluntarily and at their own risk.

Customers must follow all safety instructions and guidance provided by our staff.

We reserve the right to suspend or cancel activities if safety conditions require it.

  1. PAYMENTS

Prices are quoted in the currency specified at the time of booking.

Payments may be made using the methods offered by the company.

Where deposits are required, booking confirmation may depend on receipt of the deposit.

Any bank fees, currency conversion fees, or payment processing charges imposed by third parties remain the responsibility of the customer.

  1. CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS

Cancellation and refund eligibility may depend on the specific service booked.

Unless otherwise agreed:

  • Cancellation requests should be submitted as early as possible;
  • Refunds, if applicable, may be subject to administrative costs or non-refundable expenses already incurred;
  • No refunds may be available for no-shows or unused services.

Specific cancellation conditions communicated during booking will take precedence.

  1. DAMAGE, LOSS, AND LIABILITY

Customers are responsible for damage caused to rented vehicles, equipment, or property resulting from misuse, negligence, unlawful conduct, or failure to follow instructions.

In the event of an accident, theft, damage, or loss, customers must notify us immediately.

The company may recover reasonable repair, replacement, recovery, cleaning, administrative, or insurance-related costs where permitted by law.

  1. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages;
  • We are not liable for delays, interruptions, cancellations, or failures caused by weather, government actions, transportation disruptions, natural events, technical failures, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control;
  • Our total liability arising from any booking or service shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the affected service.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability where exclusion is prohibited by law.

  1. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

Certain services may be provided in cooperation with independent third-party operators.

We are not responsible for acts, omissions, or services provided directly by third parties, except where required by law.

  1. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on this website, including text, logos, photographs, graphics, and design elements, remains the property of the company or its licensors unless otherwise stated.

If a dispute cannot be resolved amicably, it shall be submitted to the competent courts of Zanzibar or another competent authority as required by applicable law.
